Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join a supportive school district in Jacksonville, NC. Responsibilities
- Deliver speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed, ASHA-certified SLP, in accordance with the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) goals
- Assist in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders as outlined in students’ IEPs or treatment plans
- Apply evidence-based intervention strategies and adjust therapy techniques under clinical supervision to meet individual student needs
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and school teams to support student communication goals across settings
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services provided, student progress, and required clinical reports
- Uphold ASHA’s Code of Ethics and adhere to Clinical Fellowship guidelines for professional and clinical growth
Requirements
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programEligibility for state licensure as a Clinical Fellow (temporary / provisional licensure if required)Current BLS / CPR certificationStrong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilitiesCompletion of graduate-level clinical practicum (no post-graduate experience required)Benefits
