Job Order : Personal Injury / Workers’ Compensation Paralegal

We are currently working with a respected law firm located in Lebanon, Tennessee (approximately 30 minutes from Nashville) that is seeking an experienced Personal Injury / Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to join its team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience , preferably in workers’ compensation , though the firm is also open to strong litigation paralegals with transferable skills. This role is best suited for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and case management abilities.

Position Details

• Title : Personal Injury / Workers’ Compensation Paralegal
• Location : Lebanon, TN (on-site, about 30 minutes from Nashville)
• Experience Level : Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience
• Practice Areas : Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, or Civil Litigation
• Compensation : $50,000 – $75,000
• Work Environment : Professional and supportive team focused on quality client service and efficiency
