Up to 52 weeks available by request. Charting : EPIC experience required. Weekend Requirement : May be every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week scheduling block. Requests for time off, block scheduling, and special scheduling requests must be included with the submission. Call-off Policy : Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift every 2 weeks. Holiday Requirement : Must work one holiday per 13-week contract. No holiday requests for Christmas. Accepts first-time travelers. Local candidates are accepted following radius rule criteria. Pending licenses accepted only if the candidate holds a single-state license from a non-compact state. REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS : Cardiac monitoring and emergency response including dysrhythmia interpretation and management. Rapid Response and Code team participation. IV therapy, phlebotomy, blood product administration, central and peripheral line care. Medication administration, cardiac drips (no titration). Respiratory support including nasal cannula, O2 administration, and non-invasive airway management. Isolation precautions necessary. UNIT DETAILS : Ratios : 1 : 4 or up to 1 : 5 (please confirm comfort with a 1 : 5 ratio). Patient population : Adult patients with neurological conditions. Care includes neurosurgical recovery, stroke management, neuro-specific diagnoses, and medical overflow. Floating required based on clinical skill set. There is a dedicated children's hospital and certification as an Advanced Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center providing comprehensive stroke care, including 24 / 7 neurointerventional coverage and advanced endovascular procedures. Travelers must work at least 1 holiday per 13-week assignment and follow the facility's compliance and documentation requirements.
