Why this role matters :

As a Civil / Environmental Engineer based in our Lehi, Utah office, you will play a vital role in planning and designing essential water, wastewater, and recycled water systems across the Intermountain West. Your work will help build stronger, more sustainable communities—ensuring reliable access to clean water and improved environmental outcomes.

Your daily impact :

• Support design efforts for water, wastewater, and recycled water treatment and conveyance systems.
• Perform engineering calculations, site layout, hydraulic modeling, and preparation of technical documents.
• Contribute to the development of construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Assist with permitting, regulatory compliance, and environmental documentation (e.g., NEPA).
• Participate in construction administration and occasional fieldwork, including site visits and inspections.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including municipalities and utility districts.
• Maintain quality and consistency across technical deliverables while supporting client goals and project timelines.
