• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients' health.\n
• Monitor vital signs, intake / output, and other clinical indicators for changes in patient conditions.\n
• Safely administer prescribed medications and monitor for any adverse reactions.\n
• Act as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team.\n
• Provide patient education regarding their condition and treatments.\n
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to develop and adjust care plans.\n\nQualifications\n\nEssential Requirements : \n
• Current and valid state RN License\n
• Current BLS certification upon hire and maintain updated\n\nAdditional Qualifications That Are a Plus : \n
• Current ACLS certification within 30 days of hire and maintain updated\n
• Previous Acute Care hospital experience\n
• Ventilator management experience\n
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
