On.Energy is looking for a detail-oriented Battery Storage Project Coordinator to join our North
American team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager and
Head of Deployment in the construction of new battery storage plants.
Job Functions
Develop, manage, and report on detailed project schedules
Manage and report on project budgets
Identifies project risks and mitigation plans
Responsible for project quality, including document control, Requests for Information (RFIs), and
Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
Support the Project Manager(s) with as needed project coordination activities
Assist in the development of Request for Proposals (RFPs) for EPC work
Ensure compliance with project reporting requirements
Requirements
Candidate must be based in the Houston, Texas area or willing to relocate
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a project coordinator, project engineer, or similar role
Knowledge and experience in working Microsoft Project and other Microsoft software products
Excellent problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
