Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Business Partner  with strong recruitment expertise and the ability to lead broader HR operations. This role will manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment while overseeing key HR functions such as compliance, employee relations, training, and performance management. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to leadership, driving HR initiatives that attract, retain, and develop top talent while ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Design and implement proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
• Develop and maintain recruitment metrics, talent pipelines, and applicant tracking system (ATS) records to monitor progress and improve processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach initiatives to build brand awareness and expand candidate networks.
• Create and refine onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires, integrating cultural alignment and role preparedness.
