Requirements

EssentialExperience and capabilities :

• Ability to design and manage multichannel marketingcampaigns
• Ability to support andprovide oversight to multichannel business developmentcampaigns
• Ability to providecreative direction to copywriters anddesigners
• Ability to evaluateperformance of marketing activities and make recommendations andadjustments in order to improve performance
• Able to plan schedule and execute work withexcellence
• Must be ableto prepare creative and editorialbriefs
• Must be able to evaluate design for brandconsistency
• Must understand marketing and businessdevelopment cadences
• Must have experience working with projectmanagement software
• Must be able to use software to createmarketing reports and provide feedback onperformance
• Must be able to come up with new / uniqueapproaches to marketing and businessdevelopment
• Must have demonstrated ability to set pursueand achieve marketing goals
• Must be familiar with marketing automationand marketing automationsoftware
• Must understand website design and conversiontactics
• Must be able to evaluate website performanceand recommend adjustments to improveperformance
• Must be able to evaluate socialmedia performance and recommend adjustments to improveperformance
• Must be comfortable with designreview
• Must be comfortable with process flows andprocess flow mapping
• Ability to layout newsletters / emailmarketing
• Must be able to evaluate email marketingperformance and make necessary adjustments to improveperformance

Requirements :

• Three ormore years of experience inmarketing
• Three or more years handling multipleaccounts
• Understands marketing strategy branding andexecution
• Confident communicationskills
• Strong interest in marketing and developmentsin the marketing industry
• Able to work with an internationalteam
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing ora related field
• Must have a good attitude and pleasantdemeanor
• Must have an entrepreneurial mindset alwaysseeking ways to do things better and moreeffectively / efficiently

Must have experience increating engaging blog content All work must be original, free fromspelling and grammatical errors, localized to American EnglishContent developed must be SEO-enriched Research for content isrequired Seeking only team-oriented individuals with a positivemindset Degrees / certifications preferred - communications,business, marketing or related field Must be committed, focused,detail-oriented and professional Must have a good attitude andpleasant demeanor Must have good communications skills Must have anentrepreneurial mindset, always seeking ways to do things betterand more effectively / efficiently Must be independent, self-starterMust have commitment to producing content within deadlines Must bewilling to work within established procedures
