Job Summary :
- The Associate Buyer for Women’s Footwear and Accessories will lead the development and execution of merchandising strategies within DTC, aiming to drive sales and enhance overall business performance in alignment with financial goals and key performance indicators.
Responsibilities :
Lead product strategies for Full Price Stores and E-commerce to deliver consumer focused assortments and volume drivers in conjunction with company merchandising initiatives.Responsible for full life cycle of buys inclusive of assortment curation, sizing, replenishment, allocation, RTVS, and markdownsConduct weekly, monthly, and ad hoc sales recaps, analyzing performance with a focus on historical trends.Identify opportunities, risks, and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.
