Front of House Restaurant Manager
Location : Southaven, Mississippi

Position Overview
The Front of House Restaurant Manager will lead day-to-day dining room operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction. This role requires close collaboration with culinary leadership to execute flawless service, manage financial goals, and create a positive, professional environment for both guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all front-of-house operations, including dining room, bar, and banquet services.
- Partner with chefs and culinary leadership on menu planning, events, and service execution.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and quickly resolve any service concerns.
- Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and control labor / food costs.
- Foster a safe, professional, and engaging environment for employees.
- Train, mentor, and motivate front-of-house staff to maintain service excellence.
