Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing using a solution-selling methodology
Consult with independent agency owners to understand their goals and challenges, mapping solutions to their needs
Consistently meet or exceed annual sales quotas while contributing to business growth in a collaborative environment
Required Qualifications
3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in full-cycle sales
Experience in consulting prospects on business objectives and challenges
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to provide business coaching
Successful history of achieving new business or territory growth targets
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
