We have 9 neighborhood-based clinics (NCQA Level 3 patient-centered medical homes) and serve more than 60,000 patients. Our care team includes Family Physicians, Internists, Pediatricians, OBGyns, Nurse Practitioners, and Dentists.
PCHC also has in-house integrated behavioral health, nurse case management, optometry, podiatry, dermatology, and asthma / allergy services.

Qualifications :
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Pediatrician
- Licensed or License eligible in Rhode Island
- Desire to work in a community health setting serving a diverse multi-cultural patient population
