Highly respected employment firm seeking new attorney to handle cases on behalf of individual employees re : claims for discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination as well as wage and hour class / PAGA actions. The person for this position must have good organization skills to be able to manage a heavy case load and work well within a team environment. Core tasks for the position will entail, client outreach, drafting complaints, drafting settlement demand letters, negotiating with defendants / defense attorneys, drafting discovery, taking depositions, defending depositions, & drafting settlement documents.
