Job description

A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist (Level 1) for remote work on East Coast hours.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone, webform, and chat with empathy and accuracy

Identify customer issues quickly and determine appropriate solutions while meeting performance expectations

Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and improve customer experience

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

0-1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or wellness

Proficient with technology platforms; quick learner of new systems

Self-motivated and adaptable, able to manage workload independently

Flexible to work core business hours and varied shifts as needed
