Job Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing marketing plans to enhance company presence and acquire new contracts within targeted markets.
- Promoting Blum as an attractive workplace to current and potential employees through strategic marketing efforts.
- Adjusting marketing strategies and budgets in response to analytical findings and company objectives.
- Leading and executing the production and maintenance of marketing materials for business development.
- Spearheading a digital marketing strategy across the company.
- Creating and supporting proposal submissions and interviews with leadership to generate standardized and customized materials.
- Documenting the company's history, processes, and projects to enhance future marketing materials.
- Ensuring that essential project information is organized and accessible for marketing purposes.
- Conducting research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential clients.
- Maintaining a consistent corporate identity and messaging.
- Managing marketing projects to meet deadlines and achieve set milestones and metrics.
- Coordinating with the business development team to fulfill strategic objectives and customer engagement plans.
- Utilizing physical locations (e.g., project sites) as marketing assets to promote the brand.
- Building and maintaining a network of marketing subject matter experts.
- Committing to a deep understanding of the people, processes, and projects that define our marketing campaigns.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Direct oversight of the marketing department, including marketing managers, coordinators, and graphic managers.
- Management of outsourced marketing and PR firms
Reporting
- Directly reports to the President / CEO.
- Provides indirect reports to Vice Presidents for regional or sector-specific marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Unanet) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Photoshop).
