Base pay range : $125,000.00 / yr - $185,000.00 / yr
Location : New York
Responsibilities
- Engage AIM users to drive value-add product adoption, workflow optimization and expansion within the buy-side client community
- Interact with clients in North America; travel may be required
- Collaborate with internal business areas across regions to provide best solutions and service
- Adopt a highly consultative approach in client engagement; require strong communication and project management skills
- Have the ability to work with Tier 1 highly strategic accounts
- Increase client usage and adoption of AIM through client-specific strategies
- Build relationships with front, middle, and back offices, including senior-level decision makers
- Partner with new business on opportunities to generate revenue through upsell of AIM across new teams and functions
- Collaborate with Core and Enterprise sales to identify cross-selling opportunities for additional products
- Lead internal and external training on new product releases; provide feedback to product teams
- Travel extensively to meet with clients
Qualifications
3+ years of experience with Buyside Order Management Systems (OMS)Competent grasp of buy-side workflow structureProven track record of outstanding customer service, ideally servicing Financial InstitutionsAbility to identify opportunities to grow existing business relationshipsAbility to develop and maintain strong client relationshipsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAptitude to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environmentAvailability for regular travelNice to have
