Job descriptionGreet customers with a friendly attitude and provide menu recommendations Take customer orders accurately using our POS system Handle cash and card transactions responsibly Prepare and package orders for dine-in and takeout Maintain cleanliness of the front counter and dining area Restock supplies and assist teammates as needed Ensure excellent customer service and uphold brand standards Previous experience in food service, customer service, or retail preferred (but not required - we'll train!) Position Overview :
We're looking for a Server / Cashier who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an excellent customer experience. You'll be the face of Empanola - greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, and helping keep our dining area clean and welcoming.
