Avita Property Management and OTH Capital are seeking a dynamic HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting and core HR operations across our rapidly expanding organizations. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to help build scalable people systems as we grow toward 10,000+ units.
What You’ll Do – HR / People Operations
- Support onboarding and employee experience initiatives
- Assist with HR compliance, documentation, and personnel file management
- Support managers with HR questions and employee relations processes
- Coordinate benefits enrollment and maintain GUSTO (HRIS) workflows
- Manage offboarding, exit documentation, and HR process updates
- Collaborate with leadership to refine HR systems as Avita scales
What You’ll Do – Talent Acquisition
Lead full-cycle recruiting across Avita + OTH CapitalBuild pipelines for leasing, maintenance, onsite operations, regional leadership, and corporate rolesManage job postings, outreach campaigns, ATS workflow, and candidate communicationsDeliver a high-touch, professional candidate experienceStrengthen employer branding and sourcing strategiesWhat We’re Looking For
5+ years of HR and / or recruiting experienceStrong grasp of HR fundamentals : compliance, onboarding, employee relationsProven ability to hire at scaleClear communicator with strong emotional intelligenceHighly organized, self-driven, comfortable in a growth environmentExperience in property management or operational industries is a plusRemote-ready : strong communication, follow-through, and ownershipWhy Join Us
