Job description
A company is looking for a Principal Platform Data Engineer (Databricks Platform).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses
Evaluate and select technologies for data processing, storage, and analytics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
12+ years of software engineering experience focused on data platforms
Proven track record of architecting and delivering large-scale data solutions
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-based data services (e.g., Databricks)
