TEKsystems is currently hiring Member Service Representatives to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Winchester, VA! Position : Member Service Representative (Account Services)

Job Description :

• Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24 / 7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation
• Provide information regarding the companys products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service
• Perform transactions or related functions for Savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and / or other accounts
• Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction
• Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily

Training :

Schedules available (after training) : 4 week days & 1 weekend day :

Location : Winchester, VA / ability to work hybrid after training with 2 days onsite per week

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
