IHOP - Immediate Shift Leader Position

Responsibilities :
- Ensure all personnel, equipment, and supplies are prepared for business needs
- Assign team member duties, encourage teamwork, and conduct training
- Review time cards, adjust schedules, and enforce portion control
- Maintain security, control waste, and handle administrative procedures
Qualifications :
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to interact courteously with guests and team members
- Basic mathematical skills and reasoning ability
- Remain calm under pressure and complete IHOP training coursework
Physical Demands :
- Ability to handle objects, walk, kneel, talk, lift up to 10 pounds
- Occasionally move up to 45 pounds
