Bilingual Clinical Associate

A company is looking for a Clinical Associate - Bilingual Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate care and manage orders for palliative and hospice services, ensuring timely support for members

Assist members with telehealth visit preparations and follow-up care coordination post-visit

Triage clinical and non-clinical issues, directing them to appropriate teams for resolution

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum of 2 years of outpatient experience in healthcare settings such as Palliative, Hospice, or Behavioral Health

Bilingual in English and Spanish

MA Certification preferred; significant MA experience may be considered in lieu of certification

Ability to work with electronic health records and various computer platforms

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
