Senior Administrative Assistant :
- As our Senior Administrative Assistant, you will report to the Sr. Director of Core Infrastructure Engineering, alaong with supporting the Senior Director of Cloud Infrastructure Engineering.
Must Have :
5+ yoe as a Sr. Administrative Assistant and supporting at least 2 Sr. LeadersBooking international travelManaging budget and expense reportsCalendar and org scheduling, general calendar managementNice to Have :
Has experience with some event coordination - helping organize different initiatives with local charities, local universities, and sports teams.The admin has experience reaching out to non-profit organizations and coordinating times and locations for the team to volunteer.For example, the department works closely with Atlanta Missions. Experience with Keynote a plus, not required. You'll perform a wide range of administrative duties for a diverse team of people and / or leaders with a variety of management styles. These duties will include but not limited to the following :Complex Calendar Management : Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences for the leaders you support, managing conflicts and coordinating with other teammates and leaders as requiredBooking Travel Arrangements : Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for leaders you support, including managing itineraries and necessary documentation.Planning Meetings and Events : Securing event space as necessary and handling any budgeting, catering, agenda planning, scheduling, reminders, and working with external parties as needed.Preparing Expense Reports, tracking budgets and purchase orders : Preparing expense reports, tracking budgets, and processing invoices or purchase orders for vendors as required.Document Preparation & Organization : Producing, editing and reformatting documents and email correspondence. Partner with the Experience Manager and Hype Team to elevate Clientculture, inclusion, and community outreach—such as CodeHouse, We Create Tech, and Atlanta Mission collaborationsEnable Strategic Growth & Operational ExcellenceAssist in building scalable processes for onboarding, space utilization, budget tracking, and headcount alignment.
