Reach Truck Operator

SmartTalent is looking to hire a Reach Truck Operator for a nonprofit Company located in Auburn. Ideal candidate will be motivated to work full time and have 1+ years of experience in a warehouse environment operating a Reach Truck. (Details below).

TITLE : Reach Truck Operator

LOCATION : Auburn, WA

SCHEDULE : 6am-2 : 30pm, Monday Friday

PAY : $23.49

Summary / Objective :

Must be a reliable and safety-conscious Reach Truck Operator to join our clients warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating material handling equipment to move, load, and organize food products efficiently and accurately. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Job Duties :

Operate reach truck forklift, riding jack, and manual pallet jack safely and efficiently

Load and unload trucks with food products, ensuring accurate handling and placement

Interact with customers and drivers in a professional and courteous manner

Perform order picking, stock replenishment, and inventory movement as directed

Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures

Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance issues

Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned by supervisor

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Comply with all company policies and food safety regulations

Requirements :

Good attendance is an absolute must!

1+ years exp. in a warehouse environment

Team Player

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Strong communication skills

Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment

Great attention to detail

Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods

Good attitude

Prior experience operating a reach truck and pallet jacks.
