Become a Key Player as a Sr. GTM Strategy Manager
As a Sr. GTM Strategy Manager on Adobe’s Digital Media Global GTM team, you will orchestrate cross‑app customer experiences and end‑to‑end journeys across surfaces and channels. You’ll partner with analytics, data science, marketing, and product teams to drive multi‑channel initiatives that deepen engagement and deliver sales and MAU results. This is a leave‑of‑absence coverage assignment running from 01 / 05 / 2026 through 07 / 31 / 2026.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
Obsession over customer journeys and identifying opportunities to optimize experiences for free and paid customers.
Collaboration with analytics and data science to uncover trends and translate insights into actionable GTM strategies.
Development of business cases for initiatives, including impact sizing, assumptions, risks, benefits, and measurement plans.
Building collaborative relationships with partners to prioritize roadmaps and implement plans that achieve quarterly and annual sales and MAU goals.
Driving testing priorities across marketing and product with learning agendas and hypotheses to address customer and business needs.
Owning business performance and targets; monitoring initiative success and driving corrective actions as needed.
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
7+ years in marketing, software, high‑tech, or management consulting (preferably in SaaS, e‑commerce, or B2C products / services).
A customer‑first approach and desire to build outstanding experiences.
Exceptional communication skills; ability to simplify complex insights and strategies into compelling stories with clear take‑aways.
Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
Deep understanding of digital business models and how to test and optimize customer experiences to deliver results.
Outstanding relationship‑building and negotiating skills.
Comfort having your impact measured by real‑world metrics tied to near‑ and long‑term sales success.
Experience leading cross‑functional, multidisciplinary teams to launch high‑impact business initiatives.
Passion for staying current on industry best practices and emerging trends.
Bachelor’s degree or above.
