Flagstaff Medical Center is a 270-bed regional hospital distinguished by its high-quality care, specialty services, and Level 1 Trauma Center. Staffing Model : 2 Neonatologists to evenly share rounding & call coverage

176 annual shifts

24 / 7 in-house NNP, employed by the hospital

A collaborative approach to care

Night call from home, with 30 min response time expectation
