Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)
Primarily responsible for the ongoing task of general customer service, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and closing client service tickets. The Customer Service Representative serves as our customers' primary point of contact within the company.
- Routine use of computers and phones
- Routine use of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
- Routine customer notification on testing status
- Routine coordination of incoming testing
- Maintain accurate client files and accounts
- Monitor status of testing for completion
High school diploma required
Preferred prior sample management experienceValid Driver's LicenseCommunicate effectively, both orally and in writing; very strong organizational skillsGeneral familiarity with overall laboratory services and various regulatory programs is essential to success.Detail oriented; work independently, yet be part of the team; satisfactory technical skills, including logical thinking and deductive reasoning.Handle multiple priorities; professionalism; problem solving; handle medium stress level; organized thinking process; multitask; able to retain large amounts of information.Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Moundsview, MN are encouraged to apply.
