Job Description
Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to define project scope and objectives.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all project stages.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any emerging issues promptly.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, maintaining transparent communication.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
Foster strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of construction experience
Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
A strong understanding of industrial construction processes and best practices.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
