Civil Quantity Surveyor

Day to Day :

Track and report daily and weekly progress on civil infrastructure projects, including labor counts, crew activity, and quantities installed

• Review civil construction drawings and prepare detailed quantity takeoffs for sitework, utilities, and structural components.
• Analyze material and maintenance costs, ensuring competitive pricing and contract compliance.
• Coordinate with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate scope execution.
• Prepare reports, budgets, risk assessments, contracts, and other project documentation.
