Job Description

As the Project Manager you will :

• Oversee corporate and lab fit-out projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate clear communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders, addressing any issues or changes promptly.
• Manage project lifecycles, from pre-construction through closeout.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office to manage documentation and streamline workflows.
• Contribute to proposals and participate in site / utility-related projects.
