Role Overview

The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy within Billing, Claims, and Business Intelligence. This includes identifying customer pain points, shaping product opportunities, and prioritizing development efforts that align with both customer outcomes and Flex's broader company goals.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, customer empathy, and technical execution. The ideal candidate will have experience as an management consultant, insight analyst or product manager that required the translation of data into meaningful insights for end-users. You will partner closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to ensure our products not only meet customer needs but also deliver measurable business value.
