Job description

Position : Commercial Roofing Foreman

Location : Indianapolis Area

United Trades of America is hiring a Commercial Roofing Foreman

Responsibilities :

Lead and supervise roofing crews on commercial projects in the Indianapolis area.
Monitor site safety
Oversee the install, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems, including flat roofs, metal roofs, and more.
Communicate regularly with project managers

Requirements :

Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial roofing, with demonstrated leadership skills.

Proven track record of successfully running a crew of 5 or more workers on commercial roofing projects.

Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and safety protocols.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.

Salary :

Competitive salary range of $28 to $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
