Pega CRM Architect

Overview

We currently have a career opportunity for a Pega Architect with customer service experience to join our team. As a Pega Architect you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of applications developed for our clients. You will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation / translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of business applications using Pega Infinity and related frameworks, aligning with client requirements and healthcare best practices
• Serve as a technical lead and mentor. Provide technical support or leadership in the development and continual improvement of services
• Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions, collaborating closely with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience levels

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including skill sets, level of experience, location, training, licensure, certifications, and other business needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $73,008 - $170,640 (base salary; benefits and any equity / bonus programs are not included).
