The program provides reps with the necessary tools, skills, and experiences to build a solid foundation within the professional sports industry.
This is a seasonal, part-time role located at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in downtown Atlanta.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recover past-due PSL and Season Ticket payments from clients
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve unusual / adverse situations and make sound judgement decisions based on available facts
- Proactively communicate with Season Ticket Members to determine needs and become experts on the products and services offered
- Manage records within Archtics and CRM ticketing systems
- Assist various departments on gamedays to develop further insight and skillset within the AMBSE family
