Job Description:

AR Analyst Role:Responsible for collecting and reconciling on large dollars, high visibility accounts in the Mexico region. This role is focused on maintaining customer accounts in good standing and reducing financial risk while maintaining a customer first approach which includes partnering with customers to resolve issues. Analysis of customers' account status and payment history is used to evaluate risk & identify trends. The successful candidate will perform account reconciliations by interacting with all levels of internal an external business partners and investigating and reconciling customer claims The following skills are developed/enhanced with this position: analytical/reporting, communication with senior level executives (internal/external) and the ability to influence Apple customers and business partners to achieve desired results.

Requirement:

Requirements: ·High level of fluency in the Spanish language is a requirement for this position (read/write/speak) · Advanced account reconciliation and technical skills (Advanced level in Excel, SAP experience, Finance / Shipping and Distribution modules preferred, Tableau or other Reporting Tool) · Accounting and finance knowledge · Energetic, positive approach to issue resolution · Strong organization skills and follow-up
