Parkhill is seeking to hire a Senior Electrical Professional Engineer to join our growing team. This opportunity is open to any Texas or Oklahoma Parkhill office. This role has the opportunity to support and enhance a wide range of Electrical Engineering projects, associated with commercial building design. This is a full-time, exempt position paid on a salary basis.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to develop proposals, scopes, and fees.

• Manage the demands of planning and modeling, regulatory compliance, and permitting.
• Train / mentor staff on the use of Revit, AutoCAD and more.
• Train / mentor staff on electrical building design requirements.
• Review project details to proactively manage risk.
• Evaluate observations and design systems that will withstand the elements on the installation site.
• Lead design teams in the preparation of plans, specifications, and other related bid / construction documents.
• Develop relationships with clients, staff, municipal authorities, vendors, and contractors.
• Other duties as assigned.
