Job Description

Manage all aspects of Class A and interior construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure high-quality outcomes. Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications to align with client expectations. Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures when necessary. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and outcomes. Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to support future business opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have :

• A proven track record of managing interior and Class A construction projects.
• A strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and standards.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse teams and clients.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
