Hospitality Manager

The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong understanding of hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Managing staff schedules, training, and performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintaining inventory and managing food and beverage costs.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a similar management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
