A company is looking for a Counsel for Team Suite Products.

Key Responsibilities

Guide and advise cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, focusing on payroll and employee-related products

Provide solution-oriented legal advice on product, regulatory compliance, consumer protection, privacy, and contracts

Stay current on relevant laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and addressing customer contractual inquiries

Required Qualifications

J.D. from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school; active state bar membership

5+ years of legal experience, preferably in-house at a high-growth technology company

Expertise in product, regulatory compliance, privacy, marketing, and consumer protection laws

Experience advising product teams throughout the product lifecycle and drafting product integration agreements

Knowledge of advertising and marketing law compliance
