A company is looking for a Workday SME.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Workday SME for HCM, Benefits, and Payroll, collaborating with leadership to improve audit and compliance data processes
Translate audit and compliance requirements into Workday solutions, including reports and dashboards
Optimize security groups and create SOPs for recurring audits while evaluating release impacts on reporting objects
Required Qualifications
4 years of hands-on Workday configuration and reporting experience across HCM, Benefits, and Payroll
Deep expertise in Advanced / Composite Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIB
Experience preparing Workday data for 401(k), benefits, and workers' comp audits
Ability to coach stakeholders and create reusable assets
Familiarity with Workday Launch Express and Prism / BIRT / Adaptive is a plus
