About the Role
The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President for Enterprise Software Sales, with a focus on Banking and Financial Services. The successful candidate will be tasked with the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to deal closure, and will be expected to acquire new logos across key banking and credit union accounts. This role demands a high-performing, driven individual with a proven track record in selling enterprise technology solutions to large financial institutions and a deep understanding of the digital transformation needs within the sector. Experience with system integrators and consulting partners is also highly valued. Key responsibilities for the role include developing and executing comprehensive account plans, managing the full sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams to shape proposals, and meeting quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 15-18 years' of experience in enterprise software sales, and a strong background in the banking and financial services domain, particularly with digital solutions such as loan origination systems, account opening platforms, and low-code / hyper-automation technologies. The role requires the ability to build C-level relationships, strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills, and the capacity to operate effectively in a collaborative, multicultural, and geographically dispersed team environment. The candidate should be self-sufficient in driving pipeline growth and also support broader demand generation strategies.
