$150,000.00 / yr - $200,000.00 / yr

InSite Health is launching a school-based ABA services division and seeks a VP-level leader (BCBA) to design, build, and scale programs across K-12 schools. This role combines strategic leadership, clinical oversight, and operational management with the opportunity to innovate in school-based behavioral health.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and scale the school-based ABA division from the ground up.
• Own P&L, KPIs, quality metrics, and operational frameworks.
• Lead BCBAs, RBTs and ABA providers, set clinical standards, and drive technology integration.
• Partner with school districts and key stakeholders to expand services.
• Launch pilot programs and create scalable protocols.
