Job description10+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years with MuleSoft Strong knowledge of Java / J2EE, Oracle OSB, XML, JSON, and integration technologies (e.g., Informatica). Experience with cloud services such as AWS (API Gateway, Glue) or Azure (OAuth, JWT). Familiarity with Git, SOAPUI, and Postman for API testing and version control. Strong understanding of security protocols (TLS / SSL, encryption, digital signatures). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. MuleSoft certification preferred.
Job Title : Senior Integration Engineer (MuleSoft)
Contract : 7 months
Hours : 37.5 per week
Location : Hybrid – local candidates only (Boston)
An experienced Senior Integration Engineer is required to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft and related technologies. The role focuses on architecting scalable APIs, optimizing system performance, and ensuring seamless integration across multiple applications and data systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of middleware and integration solutions using MuleSoft.
- Develop and maintain APIs (SOAP & REST) with strong governance and security.
- Collaborate with development teams to build and manage API capabilities and policies.
- Perform code reviews, testing, and deployment documentation for integration workflows.
- Support project planning, development, and release management activities.
- Research and implement new tools and techniques to improve integration standards.
