We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead initiatives within the Order Capture domain. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver solutions that streamline order capture processes and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaboration & Leadership : Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and accountability.
• Stakeholder Management : Identify, analyze, and prioritize stakeholder needs while maintaining strong relationships built on honesty and reliability.
• Roadmap Planning : Develop clear, compelling product roadmaps that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Problem Solving : Identify, assess, and present complex product challenges and opportunities, driving innovative solutions.
• Execution : Partner with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design and deliver impactful features and enhancements.
