System Administrator / desktop Support

Seeking a desktop support, responsible for diagnosing hardware and software issues, performing data backups and disaster recovery operations, and troubleshooting user-reported problems. This role involves researching and recommending software and hardware solutions, supporting web access and electronic messaging services, and maintaining a secure systems environment. The ideal candidate will create and manage collections, deployments, and applications in Microsoft SCCM and Intune, support scanners and Java applications (including Java Ruleset maintenance), and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues. Additional responsibilities include assisting with team requests, working on special projects, and providing hardware specifications based on user needs and growth projections.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.50 / hr.
