Job Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this vital role, you will design methods, create assembly drawings, and test protocols for manufacturing and assembling cutting-edge products. You will conduct thorough testing to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, playing a key role in our quality control processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams of electrical, FPGA, optical, mechanical, embedded, and software engineers, you will enhance product performance, troubleshoot challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in our products

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute innovative test plans and procedures to validate product performance and reliability.
• Supervising the assembly of electronic, optical, and mechanical components with precision and care, adhering to specifications and engineering drawings.
• Conduct insightful root cause analyses on test failures, document them properly, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design teams to refine assembly processes and test methodologies.
• Document and maintain detailed test results, assembly processes, and technical documentation.
• Provide valuable feedback to design teams regarding product design and quality improvements.
• Uphold manufacturing, safety standards, and regulations throughout all assembly and testing processes.
• Implement quality control measures to assess and guarantee product quality throughout the assembly and testing phases.
• Maintain and organize tools and equipment to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
