Are you a highly competitive, results-driven individual with a passion for sales? We’re seeking dynamic business development specialists (internally referred to as Broker Liaison) to join our team.

As a Broker Liaison, your mission is to cultivate strong relationships with industry partners, including Realtors, real estate attorneys, title companies, and financial planners.

Your primary responsibility is to bring in mortgage referrals from these professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Referral Generation : Collaborate with industry partners to encourage them to refer potential mortgage clients to our company.
  • Compensation : Earn commissions based on successful deals brought in by you or your accounts.
  • Pipeline Management : Keep accounts informed about the progress of their referrals without handling the fulfillment process.
  • Business Growth : Support your accounts’ business growth, as their success translates to more referrals and increased commission opportunities.

Compensation :

$80,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients
  • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
  • Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
  • Convert no into yes by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
  • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
  • Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements / revenue-generating activities

Qualifications :

  • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
  • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
  • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred
  • Proven track record in sales
  • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
