Collections Specialist

A company is looking for a Commercial Collector Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities :

Make a minimum of 80 outbound / inbound calls

Negotiate payment in full or secure a payment arrangement

Coordinate the resolution of disputed invoices and escalate high-risk customer accounts

Required Qualifications :

Preferred experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry

Experience with Salesforce is a plus

Basic math and writing skills

Dependability and a strong work ethic
