The stunning Forbes 4-Star Conrad New York is looking for a Senior Food and Beverage Manager to join the F&B team! Stay inspired and join the pinnacle of luxury in the heart of Lower Manhattan, featuring 463 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, rooftop bar, and in-room dining. In this role, you will oversee 3 managers, report to the Director of Food & Beverage, and handle operations in IRD, Leonessa, and Atrio. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a unionized team, multi-outlet experience, business acumen experience, and have a collaborative / energetic demeanor.
As the Senior Food & Beverage Manager, you will direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implements effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs. Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards. Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules, and evaluates staff.

Pay Rate : The annual salary for this role is $70,000-$80,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. EOE / AA / Disabled / Veterans
