PAC is a leading global provider of advanced analytical instruments for laboratories and online process applications in HPI (hydrocarbon processing industries) in upstream, midstream, and downstream. To provide its customers with cutting edge technology, PAC leverages significant R&D resources to support its core technologies, including chromatography, elemental analysis, physical properties, ultrasonic, fluorescence, spectroscopy, and microscopy / video imaging.

Your Role

We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to oversee our marketing efforts in the Americas region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to the company's revenue growth in the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth in the Americas region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, Global Marketing and Service to create and execute effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, email, social media, advertising, events, etc.).
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the Americas region, and use insights to adjust marketing strategies and tactics.
• Track and analyze key marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, leads, conversions, etc.) to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners, media outlets, and influencers to increase brand exposure and credibility.
• Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and use insights to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics.
• Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes using HubSpot infrastructure.
• Assist in marketing event planning activities.
